We spent the weekend working and playing. We are planning to re-do our flowerbeds, but first we have to remove the tons of landscape rock that is currently in them. Luckily (after several failed attempts to give it away), a local man responded to Blake's ad for free rock and came with a trailer to haul it away. Blake spent the weekend helping him shovel a few trailor-loads full of rock, and Greyson spent the weekend helping and talking his new friend's (aka "That Man") ear off. We don't know what triggered the sudden change, but Greyson has been a little chatterbox lately, talking to family, friends and strangers nonstop! He usually insists on a response to each and every observation, "Right, Momma? Momma... riiight?? Right, Momma???" If for some reason I don't reply within a few seconds, I have even gotten scolded with, "Momma, talk to me." or "Look at my eyes." LOL, there's just so much for a three-year-old to observe!

Amy is having a baby!! The kids have long outgrown this exersaucer/bouncer and haven't played with it in months, but when I said we were giving it to Aunt Amy for the baby growing in her tummy, they both felt the need to play with it... at the same time. |
